("EWB," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit ewbeverages.com, kingfisher.beer and the brand websites that point to them (the "Sites"). We collect only what we need to run the Sites, answer you and tell you about our beers. We do not sell your personal information.
Our Sites are for adults 21 and older
Our Sites are intended only for people of legal drinking age (21 or older in the United States). We ask you to confirm your age before entering. Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, the type of contact you are (for example fan, restaurant, retailer, distributor, partner or press) and your message.
- Newsletter and Kingfisher updates list: your first name, email address, ZIP code, the type of contact you are and, for trade contacts, your business name.
- Store finder: the ZIP code you search. We use it to show nearby locations and do not link it to your name.
Information collected automatically
- Age confirmation: if you choose "Remember me," we store a small cookie on your device so you are not asked again.
- Usage information: pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location (city or region, based on IP address), device and browser type, and the site that referred you. We collect this through cookies and similar tools, including analytics services.
Information from third parties
- Instagram: some pages show posts from our brands' Instagram accounts through a feed service. Instagram may collect information about you when its content loads, under Instagram's own privacy policy.
How we use information
- To respond to your messages and trade inquiries, and to route them to the right person on our team
- To send you emails you signed up for, such as news about our beers, launches and events, including the return of Kingfisher
- To show you nearby stores and restaurants that carry our beers
- To understand interest in our beers by area, so we can plan where products go
- To run, secure, fix and improve the Sites
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
